Meet the Members
Our members are at the heart of what we do. We have an amazing team of Reps who represent our activities and all members. They also formed the Steering Committee to help guide us in what we do, whilst ensuring that we do our best for ALL members.
Meet our Charity Reps
Beck
My role as Creating Adventures Charity Representative is to represent all the members and support the leaders at the various activities.
I enjoy this role as it gives me an opportunity to promote CA. I like to care for new members who might need encouragement in the different activities. I take part in the cookery session where I have developed more skills in preparation of my meals at home. In musical theatre I love to follow Leane’s instructions and take part in the performances along with the other members.
At the Wellness 50 Group I enjoy the activities that are planned each week, and I like to assist where I can in this group. Creating Adventures has changed my life for the better. My confidence has grown. I have made lots of new friends and when we are together, we have FUN.
Naveen
I enjoy being a rep because I like help people and support people. I like to help new members settle in to Creating Adventures. I like to see others enjoying the activities too.
I’m Naveen, I am the charity rep for Creating Adventures. I love dancing and singing and the activities at Creating Adventures. I also love watching wrestling and movies on the TV and doing my 1000-piece jigsaws. I support Manchester City and Warrington Wolves Rugby team.
I work at Tesco part time; I have worked there for 21 years.
As with all of our guys, Naveen is a very outgoing person and loves meeting and chatting to people.
Meet our Activity Reps
Ryan
I enjoy being a rep because it’s fun and I get to discuss things which we enjoy and things that we can improve on. I just enjoy being involved in the conversations that take place in our Steering Group meetings with Jenny, Sue and Denise and give them ideas for activities and trips.
My hobbies are gaming and watching you tube. I also go on lovely holidays with my mum, dad and family.
Bethan
Naomi
I love being a Rep because I am passionate about helping and teaching members their skills and love supporting others.
I’m Nai, I’m a Cookery Assistant for Creating Adventures. I like to do diamond art, going for a walk and love animals too.
I always wanted to work with food and be a chef. I like to help others develop their skills and confidence in the kitchen and support them with their life skills. I enjoy working with everyone, they are amazing people and we have a laugh in the sessions. I can help them achieve their future goals and love working with our leader Kerry, she’s the best chef ever. I love to taste new foods too.
Laura
I love being a rep because I can help people, doing the register at dance (signing people in or absent during the session). I enjoy the Steering Group committee meetings. I enjoy making sure everyone is okay.
Hobbies. Liverpool Football Club, I’m a big fan. I look after my nephews Henry and Oliver.
I like Westlife and Boyzone and I like watching The Voice and Hit List.
Fliss
I like being the rep for dance because it’s good fun. I like to help anyone who is struggling and new members to show them where to stand.
My hobbies are arts and crafts, especially painting and board games. I enjoy cookery, especially baking cakes. I enjoy walking sometimes with a picnic, gym work is good. I enjoy going on holiday and having meals out. Going to the cinema. On TV I enjoy casualty and coronation street.

Alex
Hi my name is Alex, my friends at Created Adventures voted me as their Brass Band rep at their Steering group committee meeting on the 25th September 2024.
We announced his new role after brass on Wednesday 2nd October. Alex was delighted.
Alex plays the drums in our Brass band (Bold as Brass). Alex is a brilliant drummer. He has recently started playing the Bongo drums during our choir sessions (Beautiful Noise) which sounds amazing.
This message is from his mum Andrea.
As Alex says, “music is my life”, I started drumming lessons when I was 8 years old and never looked back. He loves going to concerts and local gigs and has a great appreciation of many genres of music. He has performed with several musicians and bands at events over the years and would love to do much more.

My name is Ann and I am 46 years old.
I enjoy being a rep because I enjoy working with my friends. I sign the register, communicate with my friends at cookery about the cookery sessions. I ask them if they enjoyed the cookery session and the food they made. That’s what I like being involved in.
My hobbies are gardening and going to bingo with my mum on Mondays.

I’m Frankie, I’m 23 years old. I have two working Cocker spaniels called Mocha and Guinness who are beautiful. I like swimming and math’s, and I enjoy bowling in my spare time. I really enjoy doing art including diamond art, coloring and painting by numbers which is why I love being the Creative Crew Rep. It gets me engaged with my friends and means that I can look out for others and get my confidence back.

Hi, my name is Adam. I am 31 years old and love playing games on my play station. I really enjoy coming to choir where I can see all my friends and we all sing together. It makes me feel happy. I also love the cookery group where we have lots of fun and learn to cook with Kerry and the team. Thank you, Creating Adventures.
